NeoSavi should use secure connections, authentication, and access controls to help protect user data.
Private job-search workspace
Your job-search board is your private workspace. It is designed for your own tracking and organization.
Account access
Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure. NeoSavi should support secure sign-in and account recovery flows.
Import and export safety
When users import CSV or Excel files, NeoSavi should only use the uploaded data to create or update the user’s job-search workspace.
Data deletion
Users should be able to request deletion of their account and associated data. Until self-serve deletion is available, users can contact support@neosavi.app.
